Astounding was Agathe's ability to grasp complex models and get in a short period of time an in depth understanding of patent information. Her ability to transform complex data-structures into a design that is understandable has made new Espacenet a great success.

In this specific project, Agathe did not hesitate to proactively bringing her technical experience taking bold decisions in revolutionizing and modernising the concept of the interface of a tool which was around for 20 years.

The UX work for Espacenet has received much EPO internal and external, praise. It strongly reflects her UX competencies, her strong intrinsic motivation and drive for initiative, her ability to engage with multiple, often disagreeing, parties in a project, her attention to detail and last but not least her ability to coordinate and “manage” in a scrum-master like role.
